Casa San Grato is a large villa carefully renovated in 2020 that is particularly family-friendly, with a magical swimming pool (5 x 8 x 1,5), where you can relax in the sun; a canopy with ping-pong and table soccer, for more active times; an area equipped for children's play; a wood-burning pizza oven and a gas barbecue, for those with a sweet tooth; a picnic area with two large tables and benches under a large chestnut treeand a wine cellar, rentable for private tastings.

The house has been renovated with a focus on sustainability: only natural materials have been used, priority has been given to zero-mileage materials and products, the floors in the rooms are parquet from certified forests, and the house is equipped with a photovoltaic system and is certified energy class A.

Casa San Grato is located in the town of Monteu Roero, in the province of Cuneo, just 2 kilometers from the village, less than 20 kilometers from the towns of Alba and Bra, and 50 kilometers from Turin.
Near the property of are two typical quality restaurants within walking distance and many hiking and biking trails.
In addition to the opportunity to taste products of the highest quality, including excellent local wines and the prized truffle, the Langhe-Roero area has many fascinating trekking and cycling routes, both road and mountain bike.

Interior Description

Casa San Grato consists of an elegant dining room with large windows, a modern kitchen, two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, each with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor is a large living room with a beautiful piano, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, balcony and terrace.
On the second floor three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and a terrace.
Each bedroom has been designed and furnished in a completely unique way, in perfect harmony with the shades and exclusive character of the outdoor spaces.
All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning. SAT TV and Wi-Fi are also provided.
