Description

This gorgeous property, nestled amongst the vineyards, olive groves and woodlands of a 20-hectare wine estate, is just a short distance from Volterra and Lajatico, the birthplace of Andrea Bocelli. The vast, fully fenced grounds offer a tennis court (from 2027), children’s play area, 5-a-side football/volleyball pitch, gym equipment, a jacuzzi tub, vegetable garden and a large private swimming pool (6m x 12m, depth 1.4m). For al fresco dining you will find a barbecue area, pizza oven and a pergola with table for ten people for al fresco dining.
Internally the accommodation offers ample bright spaces, furnished with careful attention to detail using high quality furniture, and equipped with all modern comforts.
Special services, such as private chef, massages, tours, bike rentals and more are available on request. Guests are welome to visit the winery to taste the estate wines and buy wine directly on site.
This is the ideal location to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside, visit the coast (30 km) and visit the most famous historical and artistic centers of the region such as Volterra (18km), San Gimignano (45km) and Siena (75km and Lucca (70km). Nearby villages such as Montecatini Val di Cecina, Lajatico, Terricciola and Peccioli ooze Tuscan character and history and are well worth a visit.

Ground Floor (200 sq. m.):main entrance into the study with desk; half bathroom (sink and wc); laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board), two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower (wc, bidet, sink); kitchen /dining / living room: kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cellar fridges, ice machine; dining table seating up to 10 people that converts into a pool table; living room with fireplace, satellite tv, sofa and armchairs.
